American Activist Rosa Parks

Born February 4, 1913 in Tuskegee, Alabama, Rosa Parks an American Activist during the Civil rights movement would have been 107 years old today. As we all remember Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat to a white passenger, a time when segregation was prevalent. Her Actions lead to the Montgomery Bus boycott and the success from the movement made an effort to end segregation in public facilities.
